Terms & Conditions:

1. All Rates Are Double Occupancy, without tax.
2. One night deposit required for confirmed reservation.
3. Rate & minimum stay subject to increase on weekends, holidays & special events
4. Room Tax is 13% plus $3.10 per night.
5. Two Children 12 and under FREE with parents.
6. Each additional person $10.00 daily.
7. Rates subject to change without notice, except with confirmed reservation.
8. We require first night's rent as deposit in the form of a money order or credit card in order for a reservation to be confirmed.
9. 72 hours Cancellation policy.
10. Reservations made within 72 hours are noncancelable.
11. $5 cancellation fee applies
